Role Overview

As a Process Engineer at Path Engineering, you will lead and support engineering process improvements, serving as the point of contact for Process Engineering to the Production department. Your responsibilities will include writing and modifying CNC programs, designing and modifying tooling, and collaborating with vendors to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Support new program launch activities
  • Manage capital projects
  • Develop engineering solutions for equipment/process failures
  • Assist in identifying departmental training requirements

Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and efficiently at all levels inside and outside the organization
