Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer-Machining Expert to join our team at Path Engineering. As a key member of our Process Engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and supporting engineering process improvements, collaborating with vendors, and developing engineering solutions for equipment/process failures.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support engineering process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with vendors to improve manufacturing processes and equipment
- Develop engineering solutions for equipment/process failures
- Support new program launch activities and manage capital projects
- Develop and maintain CNC programs, tooling, and gauge designs
- Engineering Degree from an Accredited Institution or 5+ years of Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with proficiency in CNC programming, tool and gauge design, and cold forming processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
