Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer-Machining Expert to join our team at Path Engineering. As a key member of our Process Engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and supporting engineering process improvements, collaborating with vendors, and developing engineering solutions for equipment/process failures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support engineering process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
  • Collaborate with vendors to improve manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Develop engineering solutions for equipment/process failures
  • Support new program launch activities and manage capital projects
  • Develop and maintain CNC programs, tooling, and gauge designs
Requirements
  • Engineering Degree from an Accredited Institution or 5+ years of Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with proficiency in CNC programming, tool and gauge design, and cold forming processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
