We manage Florida PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Centers, recognized as the largest PACE initiative in Florida, which functions as a health plan, healthcare provider, and social hub tailored for seniors with intricate medical requirements.

Our organization operates four adult day health centers catering to participants in the Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Position Overview: Under the general oversight of the clinic manager RN and the medical director of Florida PACE Centers, the Bilingual Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering nursing care to all individuals enrolled in the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and physical examinations on new referrals.
  • Develop appropriate care plans and actively participate in the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
  • Make referrals to the medical director or specialists as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN license issued by the Florida State Board of Nursing.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish; knowledge of Creole is a plus.
  • Ability to ensure adherence to residents' and patients' rights.
  • Exhibit a compassionate demeanor consistent with Miami Jewish EmpathicareSM towards residents, patients, family members, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patients' medical information.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
