We are in search of a meticulous Email and SMS Campaign Coordinator to enhance our operations for upcoming initiatives.

This position entails the development and oversight of email, SMS, and MMS outreach efforts, along with conducting quality assurance to guarantee the excellence of our fundraising campaigns.

The ideal applicant will possess a technical skill set and a sharp attention to detail, ensuring that all communications align with our rigorous standards.


Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement email campaigns, ensuring all content is precise and visually engaging.
- Create and oversee SMS and MMS outreach efforts to connect with and mobilize supporters.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks on all outgoing communications to ensure precision and compliance with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to craft and enhance campaign strategies.
- Diagnose and resolve any technical challenges related to email, SMS, and MMS distribution.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in digital communication.

Minimum Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address technical challenges.
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is advantageous.
- Diligent, proactive, organized, and highly motivated with robust analytical capabilities.

Flexibility to occasionally work during weekends and evenings, particularly during peak periods.


Bonus:
- Experience with SMS, MMS, and email campaign management tools and platforms.
This position is contracted for a specific political cycle, with the potential for extension based on performance and operational needs. The role is eligible for inclusion in our bargaining unit and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
The negotiated salary range for this position is $50-$59k annually.
