We are in search of a meticulous Email and SMS Campaign Coordinator to support our initiatives for the upcoming political cycle.
This position entails the development and oversight of email, SMS, and MMS outreach efforts, alongside conducting quality assurance to guarantee the effectiveness of our fundraising campaigns.
The perfect candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and an acute attention to detail, ensuring that all communications align with our rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and launch email campaigns, ensuring all content is precise and visually engaging.
- Create and oversee SMS and MMS initiatives to connect with and mobilize supporters.
- Conduct comprehensive quality checks on all outgoing communications to confirm accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to strategize and enhance campaign approaches.
- Diagnose and resolve any technical challenges related to email, SMS, and MMS distribution.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in digital communication.
Minimum Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address technical issues.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is advantageous.
- Proactive, organized, and highly motivated with strong analytical capabilities.
Flexibility to occasionally work during weekends and evenings, particularly during peak periods.
Bonus:
- Experience with SMS, MMS, and email CRM tools and platforms.
*This is a contracted role for the political cycle, with the potential for extension based on performance and campaign requirements. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, including paid time off.
