Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Belt Power LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking to drive revenue growth.
  • Quote and Order Management: Accurately process quotes, orders, returns, and purchasing via phone, fax, email, and the use of our ERP system.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, working closely with outside sales, operations, and accounting teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Market Knowledge and Trends: Stay up-to-date with new product, inventory, market conditions, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Organization and Prioritization: Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position in an office, shop, and at customer sites. Typical workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Frequent overtime hours and weekend work may be required.

Pay Range: $31.25
