The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

**Requirements**
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of previous experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
Strong knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques, as well as computer skills and adaptability to new technology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work amicably with diverse teams
