Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the restaurant and upholding Raising Canes standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute restaurant operations functions, including managing cash handling and ensuring accountability.
  • Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant.
  • Enforce Raising Canes policies and standards, and execute shift management meeting Raising Canes operations and safety standards.
  • Deploy crew members during a shift, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize the reward and recognition program for crew members.
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval, ensure cleanliness of the restaurant, and complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively, and recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action to solve problems.
  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
  • Must complete all required Raising Canes company training programs.
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, with new restaurant opening experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
