Our dedicated team of over 350 professionals operates more than 4 million square feet of strategically located warehouse space across multiple states.

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our newest facility. This role is crucial for orchestrating transportation, storage, and distribution activities while adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards, including maintaining AIB food-grade certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including freight management, returns processing, receiving, and transfers.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operational processes.
  • Utilize mechanical and IT systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal departments.
  • Conduct training, supervision, and performance evaluations for staff.
  • Maintain comprehensive statistical and financial records.
  • Engage in strategic planning for warehouse operations.
  • Guarantee quality standards and delivery timelines are consistently met.
  • Manage departmental budgets effectively.
  • Oversee inventory control measures.
  • Uphold food safety standards in compliance with AIB certification requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Proven expertise in warehouse distribution processes including shipping, receiving, and forklift operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Ability to engage with all organizational levels effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
