- Drive Continuous Improvement: Cooperate in a cross-functional manner as a change agent with all departments to drive continuous improvement in safety, processes, quality, and productivity.
- Strategic Staffing: Maintain a strategic approach to staffing, training, and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Promote cooperation and teamwork among production, management, sales, quality, and customers to drive business results.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Capital Expenditure Projects: Develop and manage capital expenditure projects related to facility upgrades, equipment purchases, and process improvements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related discipline required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret data for informed decision-making, proven track record of successful process improvement and efficiency initiatives, highly developed project management and organizational skills, and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: ISO 9001 experience and understanding of requirements, and strong understanding of Lean/Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies; certification a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operations management software.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel frequently between sites, as required.
