Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and customer success teams. Key responsibilities include:
Sales Operations Support:- Reconciling sales orders with Salesforce opportunities to ensure accuracy of closed-won opportunities.
- Processing account, opportunity, and lead reassignments in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures to ensure all processes are well-documented.
- Providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders on workflow best practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintaining Salesforce account hygiene by identifying and merging duplicate records in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Managing the creation of new accounts in Salesforce according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Representing Sales Operations in Data Management team meetings and ensuring proper alignment with best practices.
- Fulfilling requests to merge Salesforce accounts and contacts in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Monitoring and managing the Sales Ops Support Queue, collaborating with teams to resolve cases or escalate when needed.
- Overseeing the Data Management Queue and ensuring proper escalation of webstore-related cases.
- Partnering with the Rev Ops team to prioritize sales team needs, devise solutions, and drive projects to completion.
- Participating in special projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. in Business or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of Sales Operations experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.
- Expertise with MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once while completing quality work on a timely basis.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently (with direction) and with a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills in collaborating with coworkers.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
