Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time licensed independent clinical Social Worker (LICSW/LCSW) or licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our Adult Medicine Department at our locations in Washington and Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence-based psychosocial treatment and brief behavioral interventions in collaboration with a primary care team and Mental Health Department.
Responsibilities- Provide individual therapy and care coordination to patients with common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders
- Collaborate with primary care team and Mental Health Department to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement care plans to address patient needs
- Engage patients in a therapeutic relationship and provide emotional support
- Work with patients to identify and address barriers to care
- Current unrestricted license as a LICSW/LCSW, or LMHC in Washington and/or Oregon or ability to obtain LICSW/LCSW, or LMHC licensure
- Dual licensure in both OR and WA will be required
- Candidate must reside in either OR or WA to be eligible for remote work
- Minimum of one year post licensure experience in treating common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders
- Competitive salary and $8,000 starting bonus
- Additional $4,000 available for relocation if you qualify
- CME allowance
