Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time licensed independent clinical Social Worker (LICSW/LCSW) or licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our Adult Medicine Department at our locations in Washington and Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence-based psychosocial treatment and brief behavioral interventions in collaboration with a primary care team and Mental Health Department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy and care coordination to patients with common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders
  • Collaborate with primary care team and Mental Health Department to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement care plans to address patient needs
  • Engage patients in a therapeutic relationship and provide emotional support
  • Work with patients to identify and address barriers to care
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted license as a LICSW/LCSW, or LMHC in Washington and/or Oregon or ability to obtain LICSW/LCSW, or LMHC licensure
  • Dual licensure in both OR and WA will be required
  • Candidate must reside in either OR or WA to be eligible for remote work
  • Minimum of one year post licensure experience in treating common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders
