Comprehensive Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients as they navigate their mental health challenges and work toward their personal objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to create comprehensive care plans.
- Respond to client crises by providing immediate support and developing safety plans.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by professional organizations and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical and progress notes, according to department policy.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with community resources and support services.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
