Job Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our outpatient clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to clients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote client well-being and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and holistic treatment approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Strong knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve services.
