Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional care in a pediatric setting.

Job Details:
- Must be available to commence work within a few weeks of acceptance.

Preferred Experience:
- NICU/PICU experience is highly valued.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience required, preferably in pediatrics.
- First-time travelers will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Weekend Requirements:
- Yes, every other weekend is mandatory.

On-call Requirements:
- No on-call duties expected.

Floating Requirements:
- Yes, flexibility to float within the facility as needed.

Block Scheduling:
- Open to accommodating block schedules.

Local Candidates:
- Local applicants are welcome.
- Pending state licenses will be accepted, provided proof of application is submitted.

Time Off Restrictions:
- Maximum of 1 week (7 days) off; if taking a full week, an additional week must be added to make up for the time off.

Guaranteed Hours:
- 36 hours guaranteed, with the potential for 48 hours without overtime until exceeding 48 hours.

Special Requirements:
- Preference for pediatric experience, but qualified therapists from other disciplines will also be considered.

Facility Highlights:
- Recognized as a Magnet, Teaching, and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center.
- Total of 323 inpatient beds, including 70 dedicated to the Neonatal ICU.

Uniform Requirements:
- Any scrub color is acceptable, provided there are no logos and they are child-friendly.

Charting System:
- Cerner.

Parking Information:
- Day/Night rotating shifts require offsite parking at a cost of $35/month; nights only may park onsite for $70/month.

Job Requirements:
- National Certifications Required: RRT, BLS, PALS.

Shift Information:
- 7 PM to 7 AM.
