About the Role

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in selecting the right products, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on product features, company policies, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
