**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting clients and visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks.

• Provide data entry support, including entering client information into our computer system.

• Answer telephone calls in a timely and professional manner, and route calls to the appropriate staff member or voicemail.

• Verify appointments, reschedule appointments, and make new appointments as needed.

• Take messages for staff, and provide information to clients as requested.

• Accept co-payments, enter payment information into the computer system, and print receipts.

• Balance monetary amounts taken daily, and submit to Accounting for processing.

• Conduct reminder calls for the next day's appointments.

• Scan documents into the computer system, and fax requested information as needed.

• Inform therapists of client arrivals, reschedule, schedule, and confirm appointments.

• Provide excuses to clients who request appointment verification.

• Attend and complete required training sessions.

• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
