Responsibilities:

* Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring timely payment and resolution of any discrepancies.
* Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Maintain positive relationships with vendors; respond to inquiries and resolve payment issues efficiently.
* Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing any discrepancies.
* Generate and analyze reports related to accounts payable activity and provide insights to management.
* Mentor and train junior accounts payable staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
* At least five years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Employment Details:

Pay Details:

* $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
