Sparks Wiz Limited, a leading Engineering Consulting Firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to assist in the recruitment and selection process to attract top engineering talent for various positions within our firm.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Utilize sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates through online databases, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Prepare interview materials and ensure all logistical aspects of the interview process are handled.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics and reports.

Onboarding Assistance:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
