Job Description

Seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team at Certified Employment Group.

  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for staff including recurring and ongoing meetings.
  • Prepare materials for in-person meetings and appointments.
  • Review new applications, organize documents, and update computer programs.
  • Monitor the status of current clients and applications.
  • Communicate with clients and prospects via phone as needed.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
  • Review and manage incoming mail.
  • Develop and maintain confidential information kits.
Key Qualifications
  • Reliable and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
