Financial Operations Specialist

WorldLink is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely and efficient processing of invoices and payments, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and issue accurate invoices according to internal policies.
  • Ensure all invoices are aligned with the revenue data and are processed in a timely manner.
  • Manage and update the revenue/payment tracker, maintaining a detailed history of revenue amounts and payment statuses.
  • Record revenue accurately in the system, ensuring that all entries are aligned with the revenue reports and financial policies.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Offices, particularly Excel.
