Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician

Join Northstar Behavioral Health as a Behavioral Health Technician and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support and promoting recovery in our opiate and stimulant specific program.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct support to clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Assist with daily living activities, medication administration, and documentation
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in recreational activities and promote a positive and supportive environment
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a background study
  • Knowledge of 245G regulations and Minnesota Statutes
  • Free of chemical use problems for at least one year
  • CPR and 1st Aid certification
  • Valid MN driver's license and acceptable driving record
