We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests at our hotel.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Welcoming and checking in guests, distributing keys and room assignments, and recording credit card information
  • Managing room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and responding to guest inquiries about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs

General Bookkeeping:

  • Ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications:

  • Experience answering telephone calls and resolving stressful situations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent or similar position
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills

Compensation: $25 hourly
