  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain appropriate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

We value diverse backgrounds and experiences. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Doctorate degree with 2 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience; or
  • A Master's degree with 6 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience; or
  • A Bachelor's degree with 8 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience; or
  • An Associate degree with 10 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; a graduate degree in business or healthcare is advantageous.
  • Over 7 years of experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceuticals, or rare disease sales.

Additional experience in the following areas is also preferred:

  • Rare disease or orphan drug experience, particularly in ultra-orphan settings.
  • Immunology or Rheumatology experience.
  • Experience in in-office injection or infusion sales, requiring coordination with patient access services.
  • Proven success in a matrix selling environment, collaborating with patient services, market access, and medical affairs.
  • Market development experience in rare, unmet medical needs.
  • A history of educating healthcare professionals about complex diseases.
  • A documented track record of exceptional performance.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%, including some overnight and weekend commitments.
