- Employ a consultative selling approach that is technical and solution-oriented, catering to the needs of healthcare professionals treating patients with Immunoglobulin-Related Disease (IgG4-RD).
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain appropriate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
We value diverse backgrounds and experiences. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Doctorate degree with 2 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience; or
- A Master's degree with 6 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience; or
- A Bachelor's degree with 8 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience; or
- An Associate degree with 10 years of account management, sales, and commercial experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; a graduate degree in business or healthcare is advantageous.
- Over 7 years of experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceuticals, or rare disease sales.
Additional experience in the following areas is also preferred:
- Rare disease or orphan drug experience, particularly in ultra-orphan settings.
- Immunology or Rheumatology experience.
- Experience in in-office injection or infusion sales, requiring coordination with patient access services.
- Proven success in a matrix selling environment, collaborating with patient services, market access, and medical affairs.
- Market development experience in rare, unmet medical needs.
- A history of educating healthcare professionals about complex diseases.
- A documented track record of exceptional performance.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%, including some overnight and weekend commitments.
