KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and sustain the foundational infrastructure of Einstein Analytics.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to pinpoint ongoing business requirements and implement scalable solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Create intricate tools and dashboards to visualize business performance and operationalize data effectively.
  • Work alongside IT to ensure timely and accurate data delivery to various stakeholders.
  • Identify data gaps and drive solutions to connect disparate information.
  • Advance data quality initiatives within enterprise systems to guarantee all users can access accurate and timely data.
  • Conduct ongoing ad hoc analyses of markets, organizations, industries, and products.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS in statistics, computer science, economics, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in high-growth companies.
  • A proven track record of advancement and achievement.
  • Strong business and analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize extensive data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, SOQL, SAQL, JSON, MS Access/Excel, or other related tools is essential.
  • Prior experience with Einstein Analytics is required.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, SAP/BI, or other analytical tools is advantageous.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.
