About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with our business objectives
  • Lead the management and successful completion of complex compensation projects and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and training
  • Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with Comp Advisors, HR Operations, and broader Palo Alto Networks teams to consult on day-to-day compensation program matters
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation operations, broad-based compensation, international compensation, short-term incentive programs, or reward/recognition programs
  • Proven experience in project and/or program management
  • Advanced analytical, reporting, and modeling skills with the ability to drive sound decision-making
  • Experience with HR Technologies such as HRIS systems and market pricing tools
  • Experience working in a multinational technology organization is preferred
