Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of financial tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget variances, financial statements, and other financial data.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and implement financial plans and strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory agencies, and other organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws, ensuring that our organization remains compliant and in good standing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on accounting and financial analysis.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of financial professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with departmental managers, external stakeholders, and other organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and financial reporting software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial reporting and compliance, including regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
