About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as a Regional Farm Bureau Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will act as a liaison between the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation and volunteer farmer leaders in each County Farm Bureau.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise County Farm Bureaus on fiscally responsible business decisions
  • Supervise office staff and build a team of engaged individuals
  • Grow membership, leadership development, and advocacy for agriculture

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent required
  • At least five years of Ag experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to develop, influence, and maintain relationships
  • Good time management, presentation, and computer literacy skills
