About the Role

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the therapeutic space is clean, tidy, and free from odor.
  • Observe and report needs for repair to equipment, building, and fixtures.
  • Maintain and distribute fresh linens and oversee the collection of soiled linens.
  • Operate as a liaison to facilitate a cohesive client experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Ability to walk up and down flights of steps for fire drills and safety.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with clients.
