We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Always Best Care of Rock Hill. As a Home Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in social activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our care team
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Experience working with seniors in a home setting (preferred)
