As a Marketing Project Coordinator I, you will engage in project office functions under the guidance of a manager. Your role will involve assisting with diverse project activities that support the initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for project management tasks aligned with the Marketing strategy.
- Aid in the development and upkeep of project and program plans, including leading campaign plans as directed.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling project tasks against established plans.
- Track and manage project costs, resources, issues, changes, and risks.
- Prepare status reports and other project documentation for organizational leadership and project teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including setting agendas and documenting follow-up actions.
- Ensure project documentation adheres to compliance standards.
- Support quality assurance and reporting of project deliverables.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in project support or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle disciplines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
Work Environment
This position may require occasional travel and may involve late evening or weekend work.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position is $36.85/hour, contingent on geographic location and experience. Additionally, there is a target annual incentive payment of 5%. Cambia Health Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
