Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Lead to join our team in Bethpage, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for collaborating with retail partners and account teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Sales Responsibilities
  • Partner with key decision-makers to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage business intelligence data and analytical tools to create compelling selling stories and drive results.
  • Deliver on key metrics such as POS budget, call coverage, and maintaining 'perfect shelf' strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with fundamental technology skills such as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Learning agility, robust problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated self-reliance by successfully managing projects from inception to completion, consistently achieving goals without constant supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • This is a driving role which requires the use of a personal vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $68,750, based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance program, short-term disability coverage, and long-term disability insurance.
