Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Columbia Cottage in Linglestown, PA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as resident activities and community outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external partners
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the success of the community
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
