Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at cyberThink. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of current and new business development, pension plan contract management, client satisfaction, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures
  • Organize and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines
  • Develop and finalize correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Understand and apply pension administration concepts and practices
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use personal computer, associated software, and standard office equipment to perform job duties
  • Log and track correspondence and client communication

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Understanding of pension administration concepts and practices

What We Offer:
