We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Advocate to deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert troubleshooting, solution-oriented mindset, and passion for serving our customers. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll provide timely and effective support to our customers, ensuring their success with our products. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services
• Train and help customers adapt to new software and updates
• Track issues/bugs and communicate accordingly
• Help brainstorm and create better processes for the team
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Passion for serving customers with best-in-class interactions
• Comfortable with technology and software services
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Positive and upbeat personality
• Empathetic and patient with customers
• Ability to manage yourself in a fully remote environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new updates/changes
• Highly competent with technology and web-based software's
• Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences

Office Requirements:

• 100% remote team with occasional travel
• 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month
• Stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet
• US-based and legally able to work full time in the US

Hourly Pay Range: $20-$25/hour
