Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our software applications, staying up-to-date on new features and functionality.
- Document and track client interactions, issues, and resolutions, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
- Participate in quality assurance and testing activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related products, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Healthcare or clinical experience preferred, but not required.
