About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our software applications and related issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology)
  • Proficient in MS Office and related products
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Healthcare or clinical experience preferred
