Summary:
The King County Wastewater Treatment Division is in search of a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee the execution of our capital programs and projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve results through effective relationships with colleagues, even when they do not report directly to you.
- Address immediate infrastructure needs while managing limited resources and attracting new talent.
- Continuously improve business processes to meet infrastructure demands.
The ideal candidate will work closely with all sections of our utility, other King County departments, regulatory agencies, regional partners, elected officials, tribal governments, and community organizations.
About the Team:

Qualifications:
- A minimum of six years of supervisory experience in managing ECSS support services for large wastewater capital projects.
- Demonstrated commitment to environmental stewardship and public health.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and oversee consultants in large program delivery.
Working Conditions:
- Remote and onsite work arrangement with flexibility based on business needs.
- Employees must reside within a reasonable distance to meet onsite reporting requirements.
Join us in our mission to protect and restore the natural environment while promoting sustainable and equitable communities.
