Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute comprehensive accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reviews of financial statements for various domestic operations.
  • Oversee daily banking interactions and manage the banking portal for the organization.
  • Administer the corporate pay card initiative across the company.
  • Provide training to subsidiary teams on banking systems and corporate accounting protocols.
  • Support both domestic and international subsidiaries with their inquiries as necessary.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to existing processes to improve efficiency within the organization.
  • Assist in the integration of acquisitions into existing financial processes and systems.
  • Prepare and supply external auditors with necessary documentation during the annual audit.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis team on inquiries and analyses as required.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting standards as needed.
  • Engage in additional tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is essential.
  • Experience with JDE is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP is mandatory, along with the capability to research and articulate company positions on complex accounting matters.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely results.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision is required.
