Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Ventilation Specialist

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Ventilation Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in need of ventilation support.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist - Ventilation Specialist will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients in alternate sites, including homes and clinics. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in need of ventilation support, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree from an AMA-approved respiratory program.
  • Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by the branch.
  • One year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing with Vent experience.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
