Account Executive, Direct Sales Specialist

As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding existing accounts within a designated geographic territory or product line. Your primary goal will be to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on market trends and achieve operational efficiencies
Collaborate with senior management on critical issues and identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries
Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools
Requirements
2+ years of experience selling technology solutions
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
Benefits
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $133,450 - $172,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
