Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including personnel-related duties and payroll coordination.
  • Work closely with program managers to ensure timely and accurate job postings, applicant screening, and onboarding processes.
  • Support the agency's recruiting processes, including attending job fairs and coordinating the intern program.
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic, communication, and organizational skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer and technology skills, including comfort with social media.
  • Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Two years of relevant experience or an Associate Degree.
  • Experience working with people in human/social services, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
Benefits:
  • Hourly pay: $24
  • 40 hours per week (fully in-person)
