Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including personnel-related duties and payroll coordination.
- Work closely with program managers to ensure timely and accurate job postings, applicant screening, and onboarding processes.
- Support the agency's recruiting processes, including attending job fairs and coordinating the intern program.
- Strong work ethic, communication, and organizational skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer and technology skills, including comfort with social media.
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Two years of relevant experience or an Associate Degree.
- Experience working with people in human/social services, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
- Hourly pay: $24
- 40 hours per week (fully in-person)
