Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
  • Manage wait times and greet patients upon arrival
  • Complete check-in and check-out tasks, including insurance verification and document preparation
  • Collect co-payments and issue receipts
  • Process walk-in patients and visitors
  • Maintain medical records and ensure accurate filing
  • Establish effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
