Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
- Manage wait times and greet patients upon arrival
- Complete check-in and check-out tasks, including insurance verification and document preparation
- Collect co-payments and issue receipts
- Process walk-in patients and visitors
- Maintain medical records and ensure accurate filing
- Establish effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
