Patient Care Coordinator Associate

Key Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with patients
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and taking messages as needed
- Manage wait times and ensure a smooth patient experience
- Verify insurance information, complete pre-authorizations, and prepare necessary documents
- Collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles, and issue receipts
- Process walk-in patients and visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment
- Manage medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft applications
- 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Medical office experience
