Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher/ Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our front office administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing incoming client service calls, assigning service tickets to technicians, and scheduling appointments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing all incoming client service calls in a pleasant and courteous manner
  • Assigning service tickets to technicians based on schedule and geographical locations
  • Scheduling and coordinating service appointments as needed
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and billing processes
  • Managing dispatch board and schedule for service work and follow-ups

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have prior supervisory experience, proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to multitask, stay organized, and have a strong understanding of San Francisco map and neighborhoods.

  • Experience working in a refrigeration/HVAC or high-paced dispatch front office
