  • Create and maintain documentation templates and standards to improve efficiency and quality.
Project Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing and project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and products.
  • Proficient in documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
