About the Job
Medtechrec is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to contribute to the expansion of our client, a leader in cutting-edge medical devices, in a rapidly growing market.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver training to healthcare providers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the medical device industry, with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
