MightyMeals is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to drive growth in the health and wellness sector. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who excel in sales and are passionate about wellness and nutrition.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Calls: Conduct persuasive and informative sales calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support.
- Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing ongoing support.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible work environment.
- Knowledge or interest in health and wellness products/services is preferred.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with compensation based on performance.
- Flat rates per client sign-up.
- 2% of net sales for each retained client.
- Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and KPIs
