At Paramark Corp., we're seeking results-driven individuals to fill the role of a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships, develop new client connections, and negotiate exclusive listings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster business growth through strategic relationship-building and networking efforts
  • Pursue new client relationships and referral sources to drive revenue growth
  • Present marketing proposals to clients at industry events and conferences
  • Negotiate listing agreements and market listings to qualified buyers and tenants with precision and professionalism
  • Provide expert advice on individualized real estate investment strategies to clients
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and gather necessary materials to inform business decisions
  • Participate in contract negotiations and due diligence processes with confidence and expertise

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a charismatic personality
  • Honesty, ethics, and exceptional organizational skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and analytical skills to drive success
  • A MN Real Estate Salesperson's or Broker's license (Preferred)

Compensation and Schedule:
  • Commission-based pay structure for motivated agents
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, choose your own hours to suit your needs

We estimate this role will attract an annual salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000, based on performance and experience.
