We are seeking an experienced Sun Tanning Director to lead our salon team in Rochester, MN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving store performance, fostering exceptional client service, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
- Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
- Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members' daily performance.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Management and/or sales experience required.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Skilled Trainer, motivator, and leadership qualities desired.
